Ms. Gardiner is an Energy Industry leader in technical & financial services, providing creative value-added solutions to organizations. She has a demonstrated ability to resolve the most complex problems using analytical tools to form creative collaborative solutions with the project stakeholders to bring the highest value to organizations served.
Ms. Gardiner brings her proven track record of value-added accomplishments in strategic performance, M&A, plant operations, risk management, human performance, global supply chain, and sustainability across multiple technologies (thermal, wind, solar, storage, and hydro) to all projects and positions. She possesses the keen ability, developed through industry experience, to provide clarity to any performance challenge and work collaboratively to quickly provide real value-added solutions, bringing a wealth of creativity to organizations served. Having managed consulting and engineering teams, organizations, projects, and regional offices in the U.S. and Canada, Ms. Gardiner joined Hagen Global Consulting as an Associate Director and The Institute for Global Energy Education as Director and President in 2019.
